The Pitch
Senior partners in the room. Case studies from brands ten times your size. Big talk about strategy. You sign because of the portfolio — and then you never speak to the people who made it again.
A Mumbai creative and marketing studio for D2C founders and scaling SMEs. Brand, design and paid — built by the two people who pitched you.
Why we're different ↓Kreative Kendra is small on purpose. Kaustubh runs product and UX. Sanjana runs brand and marketing. That's the studio. There is no third floor where your work quietly gets handed to someone cheaper.
Most agencies pick a side. The design shop makes you something beautiful that nobody clicks. The performance shop runs ads for a brand that looks like everyone else's. You end up paying two vendors to argue about whose fault the number is.
We do both, in the same room, on the same brief — so the identity, the site and the ad all come out of one argument instead of three.
Take one. Take all of it. Most clients start with one and end up handing over the rest.
Positioning, naming, logo system, palette, type, and the guidelines that stop it falling apart the moment someone else opens Canva.
Research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces that survive contact with real users — not just the pitch deck.
Content that has a point of view. Strategy, calendar, design and copy — built around one idea per post, not three.
Creative and media in one place. We build the ad, run the ad, and tell you which one is actually selling.
Structure, dielines, artwork and print-ready files. Designed for the shelf and the unboxing video, in that order.
Design and build. Fast, responsive, easy to update, and shipped — not stuck in round seven of revisions.
Almost every founder who calls us has worked with an agency before. The story is the same three chapters, every time.

Twelve posts a month, delivered on the 28th. Same layouts as their other four clients, different logo. Your feed starts looking like your competitor's feed, because it came out of the same folder.
Forty slides of reach, impressions and engagement rate. Zero slides on revenue. "We're up 30%" — up from what, to what, selling how much? Nobody in the meeting knows.
Not values. Not a mission statement. Three commitments that go into the contract, and that you can hold us to.
The two people who pitch you are the two people who do the work. No juniors on your account. No account manager in the middle. No "let me check with the team."
You get our numbers. You message us. We answer. This is also the reason we take on a limited number of clients at a time — the model stops working the moment we pretend otherwise.
Before anything starts: deliverables, revision rounds, timelines and what counts as done — all written down and signed. Approvals happen in writing, not on a call.
It sounds bureaucratic. It's the single thing that prevents the month-three argument where nobody remembers what was agreed and everyone feels cheated.
On final payment, full IP transfers to you. Source files, layered artwork, editable assets — not just flattened JPEGs and a thank-you note.
If you ever leave, you leave with everything. We'd rather earn the next project than hold your files hostage to get it.
Every studio has unwritten rules. We wrote ours down, mostly so we can be caught breaking them.
One idea per post. Not three.
Reach is not revenue.
If it works without the logo, it isn't branding.
Say the thing. Then stop.
A boring brief makes boring work — push back on day one.
Design that needs explaining has already failed.
If a competitor could run the same line, don't run it.
Never charge for a deck you wouldn't show a friend.
Every criticism arrives with a suggestion.
Ship on Friday. Improve on Monday.
Take the work seriously. Yourself, considerably less so.
Make noise. Leave marks.
Packaging, brand systems, campaigns, product design — the full archive is public. Go look before you call. That's the point of it being public.

It depends entirely on scope, and we'd rather tell you a real number than a comfortable one. Send us what you're trying to do and you'll have a written quote — with the scope attached — within two working days. All figures exclude GST.
50% to start, 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance. IP transfers to you on final payment.
Yes. A brand identity, a packaging range, a website — all fine as standalone projects. Social and ads work better as a retainer, because three weeks of content proves nothing.
Regularly. We work across US and UK time zones and invoice in USD or GBP. You get senior-level work without the London or New York rate card attached to it.
If you want twenty posts a month at the lowest possible rate, there's a cheaper studio for you and we'll say so on the first call. We also don't work well with people who want a designer who executes without asking questions. Asking questions is most of the job.
